Is my Stripe key safe?
Yes. Foundryard only accepts read-only restricted keys, so they can't move money or change anything in your account. Keys are encrypted at rest, metrics are fetched on demand, and raw data is never stored long-term. Revoke access anytime from Stripe.
Who can see my revenue?
You decide, per metric: Public, Connections only, or Private. Revenue display is opt-in, so nothing is shown until you turn it on.
How is this different from LinkedIn?
LinkedIn is everyone's network. Foundryard is founders-only: profiles built around projects and traction, a discovery feed you can filter by stage and verified MRR, and a leaderboard that ranks real numbers, not engagement bait.
How does the leaderboard work?
Founders are ranked by publicly shared, Stripe-verified MRR, plus boards for connections and profile views. If your revenue is private or connections-only, you're not ranked. Flip it to public anytime to claim your spot.
Do I need revenue to join?
No. Plenty of founders are pre-revenue: mark a project as MVP or Building and share your journey. The revenue card is there when you're ready.
What counts as “verified”?
A verified badge means the number came directly from the Stripe API, not typed in by the founder. Self-reported metrics are always labeled as such.
